- INGREDIENTS: Fresh Trinidad Hot Peppers, Vinegar, Mustard, Garlic, Salt, Chadon Beni (Culantro), Sodium Benzoate. Has a long shelf life at room temperature, easily 6 months. Refrigeration is optional depending on how fast or slow you use it, up to 18 months. Of course, it is Gluten Free. Chadon Beni (culantro, not to be confused with Cilantro) is an aromatic leaf that provides a unique flavour to our sauce. It is used widely in Trinidad and Caribbean cooking. The garlic and mustard a some subtle flavours.
